Ah graduation! It's the most rewarding experience feeling a high school student can have. So why does something feel off to Damian Reid? Why does he feel that something bad should be happening during the ceremony? Why is he suddenly having painful dreams and images in his mind? Is there some merit of truth to this, or is he simply losing his mind?

For as long as you can remember you've been able to see or sense things, whatever they might be. Spirits, guides, or guardians, you thought you had seen them all by now. So when you met Steven Grant and sensed the entity attached to him, you figured it was something similar. As you spent time with Steven you were able to get a better feel for the entity. Personal Warfare
Damian is not known for sharing his feelings. Infact, most of his siblings would argue he doesn't even have any. A certain Al Ghul is definitely to blame for that. What the rest of the Wayne's, including his father don't know though, is that Damian is struggling. He's struggling to find his real worth after being forced to be the best his whole life. But no one can be the best at everything. He's struggling to understand all these new feelings and hormones that teenagers go through. He doesn't have the help of his past family, and his new family thinks his stone cold. Words and things that'd he'd normally have no problem ignoring, suddenly start to effect him. worse though, they effect his ability to fight. His thoughts are plagued with Talias voice, constantly telling him how he's failed her. Can he find the strength to say something? Or will he just hold everything in and keep putting up a fake front? . . . When her brother and her were five, her grandfather decided that he didn't need the weaker twin and order her brother to fight her to the death, and he won, or so they thought. Her mother put her in the lazarus pit when everyone was asleep then took her to Amity Park to Matthew Fenton, her old friend, to raise her as his own and he did. I worked for longer than anyone could imagine... Just for it to come to this... No matter what I do... Nothing is ever good enough. Maybe this is my place in life. Maybe this is just my destiny: Failure. - Gazing into the mind of an antagonist who's drive for success led him down the wrong rabbit hole. A man living in the shadows of a broken world. Though maybe the world wasn't broken. Maybe it was just him all along. Maybe the broken world broke him too, and if everything's broken, it's perfectly fine, right? Mostly following the plot of Spirit Tracks, through Byrne's eyes, and his desperate attempt to gain power for a reason misinterpreted, though probably understandable. I've put my own original turns on this every now and then, as one would probably expect, but it's not romance, none of that hopeless crap. But rather, a thin line of grief and denial. Exchanging one life for another. Of course however, in the end... Is it really Byrne's mind? Or another? It's debatable, depending on how technical you'd want to get... It follows memories, feelings-even conflicting ones. I don't write to impress people, so don't get your hopes up. I didn't start proof reading until after Chapter Four, so prepare yourself. The story, being carried in first person, I tried to put emphasis on one's head. I don't think there's too much drama, I wanted things to at least make some kind of sense... But, alas, everything is just a perspective, for each of us. I don't think I'm right, but I don't think I'm wrong. We don't really know what happened, so I suppose that's the beauty of freedom. We can theorize whatever we want. - If you enjoy my story, don't be afraid to drop a vote. Touch that star, it's free and doesn't cost you anything.
