Yellow Checkered Cars

Keith and Lance met in highschool and immediately decided they were rivals, making everything a competition, they even somehow made breathing competitive. Now that they haven't seen eachother for a while and were both starting fresh at college, Lance notices Keith is less moody and brooding than he was in the previous years. Lance tries to reignite their previous rivalry only to end up holding Keith in an embrace while tears flooded his dark brown eyes, Lance's own turquoise eyes filled with confusion and a million questions wanting to spill from his lips. After their bonding moment, Keith grows distant and leaves Lance more confused than ever. Can Lance find a way to make Keith let him in, or will a sudden explosion of emotion end up leaving both boys broken and torn?
