Everyone knows Oryx as the taken king, father of Crota and god of the Hive, but no one knew who this man, or rather , woman really was. His past was surrounded in mystery, until a guardian came, he defeated Oryx and found this out, what his past was, but also what he did and felt when the Vanguard and Awoken were figuring out how to defeat him, the guardian wrote a book called "Oryx Aurash Auryx" and it tells a story about the taken king.
