Everyone knows Oryx as the taken king, father of Crota and god of the Hive, but no one knew who this man, or rather , woman really was. His past was surrounded in mystery, until a guardian came, he defeated Oryx and found this out, what his past was, but also what he did and felt when the Vanguard and Awoken were figuring out how to defeat him, the guardian wrote a book called "Oryx Aurash Auryx" and it tells a story about the taken king.

Destiny: War Of Sol - Book Seven
This story is the seventh in a ten-book series based on the video game franchise, "Destiny," developed by Bungie. The universe of Destiny is a science-fictional setting taking place in the future, where Humanity has been reduced to a singular city on Earth, and must rely on the Guardians, Humans who wield a power known as the Light, to defend them from various alien threats within the Sol system. This saga is NOT intended to be 100% lore accurate, and should be taken as an alternate timeline from the main canon. The primary purpose of this fanfiction is to re-tell the story that takes place in Destiny and its sequel, Destiny 2, but with a twist. The twist being that the playable "Guardian" character, who is known to be a blank-slate one-man-army amongst a roster of developed characters, is instead a team of multiple Guardians who all have their own backstories and personalities. The plot of this saga will follow the plot of the game its based on closely, but not exactly. There are a number of twists such as the main cast, as well as several other plot points, for the sake of originality, as well as to serve as an interesting narrative for those who are aware of Destiny's plot.
