When Willa Jepson gets kidnapped from her hotel room in Starling City at age six, her parents are shot dead. Her attackers manage to train her in martial arts and weaponry, but at age ten, Willa escapes.
Willa becomes a highly trained assassin, never not fulfilling a deed. At 13 Willa gets caught by Green Arrow and sent to Belle Reve.
