Eren was taught many things as a child, but one of the things he was not was how to love. Devious people and whirlwinds of emotions changed him from a sweet flower to a cold, relentless leader. For some, that would be good, Eren included; if he had not met a particularly handsome man on the dock his mother detailed. May it be fate, may it be a bit of pixie dust, Eren wanted to fulfill his mother's regret with all his heart- if he still had one.
