Remember the pain you felt the first time you scraped your knee? But then your momma came and fixed you all up, right? In that moment everything seemed like it was gonna be alright,  like you were invincible.
Do you remember the first time you burned to death? of course you don't because you'd be dead, right? What if you didn't die?  And what if your mom couldn't kiss it better because she wasn't even your mother, but  she doesn't even know that.
Happy birthday! it's your eighteen! You want your present? Here you go, does it make you happy?  What do you mean you hate it? You hate dying and coming back to life? I mean it wont be the same as before, but its still life. New life, a new history,   and a new last name. 
For you all this sounds make believe, or like a crazy old wise tale. No, to you this isn't real, but for me this is real. This is my life, wait no, these are my lives.
