Stanford was a town of many mysteries and had been for the past two hundred years.
Victoria ‘Tori’ Collins was just an ordinary girl living in the unusual town. Her grandma used to tell her stories about how the town came to be. She never believed them and thought they were just tall tales that were told to children so that they did not wander into the Great Forest of Stanford. After her eighteenth birthday, strange things start happening…and along came Jared York. He seemed to have an effect on her that she couldn’t explain.
