The law exists to protect citizens from injustice, violence, and immorality. However, the law itself is also bound to it's own statutes, and sometimes, the guilty are set free. Four officers and a young medical student decide to take the law into their own hands, sentencing the known murderer, Marius de Wet, to an illegal Death Penalty within the unused Melville police precinct basement. If word got out, the repercussions would be insurmountable for the five overseers of the unauthorized execution, and they vow to keep their silence. But Marius is calling from the grave, seeking justice. And he will claim his innocence.
