In the beginning Error was always a girl. Error had liked wearing dresses and such, Though she was not able to do such often. So she wore one as a one time thing in Outertale, and whoops, Ink saw. When something is happening what if the council made an evil plan, that they had no idea was evil happen. All I can say is after it happened it practically hurt Inks nonexistent soul.
