In the city of New York superhero's and super villains are the ordinary. Where their are schools specially made for kids just finding their powers, one ordinary person can't seem to do much?

Adam a normal gay boy, except his beautiful blue hair. For all his life he has grown up watching super hero's fight the villains, all he could do was watch the city's most famous supers like The Blur, BlueAdam, Storm, etc.  

During one day he decides to take a different way home and ends up havering his life change forever.
