Over 90% is born quirks as for 10% is quirkless those without a power..but a single Quirkless by the name of Izuku Shimura is the first hunter of many many years unknowingly though, for he is the descendant of Miquel the Old One Hunter as Izuku wields powers untold and is basically immortal even if he dies in combat for he is a Hero who will do what is necessary to end those who have no redemption as he is the one to stop villainous enemies he will have to face and some returning creatures that will face him and him alone..
