In the sweet little town of Greyvue lives Winnie Peters. Greyvue is hidden from the rest of the world; there's no way in and no way out. In this town there are rules. For example, if anyone is to have two or more children the parents are only allowed to keep one, the others must be given to the government. These children grow up to be the labourers or they're used as science experiments.
