A woman from an immigrant family always wants to live in luxury until a whirlwind of events are brought out of the closet and she is left tattered and bruised. To get rid of her problems, she is given a chance when the press labels her at dead. She moves to New York where she tries to make something of herself without the help of her abusive husbands money.
