Alice Rose is a small girl for a junior in high school, to tell the truth, she looks like a malnourished thirteen year old. Because of that, she is bullied and beaten. Alice's father doesn't notice what is going on, being a businessman who is almost never home.
The day graduation comes is the day Alice can leave her town and start a new page in her life, one that is not already as broken and bruised as she is. What happens though when someone steps into her life? Will she want to stay or will she go and leave that person behind?
