Complete Sat, Nov 11, 201710m
After the Aurora spacecraft was shot down by an unknown, presumably alien, weapon while exercising a usual slingshot maneuver around alien planet 4546b, you hurry to a life pod in an attempt to escape. You have a few nutrient bricks, a couple bottles of purified water, and 2 flares. A few things break, you are knocked out, and you wake up with fire licking your feet. You manage to put the fire out with the emergency extinguisher. You climb the ladder to the outside. Planet 4546b is a planet completely covered with water, spare a few islands. You have no idea what is in the water, but you are out of food and water. The readings for the water say that it has a large amount of unknown bacteria, but your life pod is damaged and you can not risk another fire. You ask yourself, would I rather die of dehydration on a planet full of water, or take a swim.
You dive in.

As the trees and its land slowly burn down by he deadly purple acid, a man that was watching from afar shivered at this sight. This has been going on for ages, and the creature hasn't been stopped. If they didn't stop the thing on time, everything they knew, everything they have ever known. Every building ever created, every world that has been generated, would be gone. The man looked towards his companion, or was he, his companion? His friend has been acting a bit strange, acting anything but not himself. The man took a deep breath and sighed. He looked towards the man with a stern face, gripping onto his iron sword. "Are you sure, you aren't, It?" His friend looked back at him, and chuckled coldly in response. "You know me, buddy, I wouldn't let It get to me." On the next day, the man's friend was gone. Subnautica: A Rise of Time
After Sector Zero's research stations and other things failed, Alterra has sent around forty or so scientists to the Aurora's Crater, where the Aurora crashed around seven years ago. The goal of the researchers is to find out more about the planet's history, and research the fauna and flora that inhabit the Aurora's Crater. But when they think everything is going to go right and nothing will go wrong, everything flips. With a sudden change, there's already an accident, a revenge-seeking rogue, murderous scientist, and a manager on the brink of insanity because of his status of being the only survivor of the Aurora's crash. isolation
this story is about a scientist in Antarctica slowly losing his sanity I can feel the corners of my lips tug upwards and before I know it, I'm cackling. My laughter rings through the empty room, bouncing off the walls as I double over in hysterics. Despite the dire situation, I can't seem to stop. With each passing second, my giggles become more uncontrollable, more manic. As I catch my breath, I try to reassure myself. "Everything will be fine," I tell myself, punctuating my sentence with another bout of laughter. "Because, because!" I repeat, and my voice breaks into another round of giggles. But soon, my mirth turns to misery as my laughter becomes sobs. I collapse on my hands and knees, tears streaming down my face until they blur my vision. The tears burn my skin, adding to my anguish. I can't even cry in peace, can't even surrender to my despair without feeling physical pain. "Oh god, I ruin everything Johnny- I'm sorry!" I cry out, my voice cracking. "I'm supposed to keep care of you and I'm sorry! I'm so sorry Johnny!" I scream, pounding my fists on the cold, hard floor in frustration. It's no use. Nothing can save me. I feel my tears freezing on my face and I quickly dry them with the back of my hand. I crawl over to the fire, seeking warmth and comfort. But there's no comfort to be found.Complete
