Claire Jones is a 17 year old hell raiser, who is either going to end up dead or in jail by the time she's 21, and everyone, even she, knows it. She's the definition of trouble, and a lost cause. People have tried, and have failed, to reach out to her, and save her, but all to no use. She's too wild, and unreachable. Though, things get a little more interesting with a new police officer in town, one who is young and drop dead gorgeous. He makes Claire feel alive again, something that scares her, and nothing ever scares her. It seems he's determined to reach her, but she's unreachable... Right?


Kane Smith is a 20 year old, brand new police officer. He has decided to move to a small town which has offered him a job as an officer, and to help start a program at their local high school in hopes of helping to teach the kids to stay out of trouble. But on the first day of the program, he meets Claire, a breath taking beautiful girl who on first sight intrigues him, and makes him want to reach her, to save her.
