The brown wolf lunged at me and dragged his silver dipped claws deep into my side. I yelped in pain and bucked him off of me, my energy slowly draining from me. The cut in my side was deep and burning with excruciating pain. I have to be tough. If there is anything that my father taught me, it was this. The brown wolf was approaching me slowly, a feral look on his face. I slowly stood from my position on the ground, my side screaming in pain.
A blur passed in front of me and tackled the wolf, before quickly snapping his neck. "STOP." My Alpha yelled through our mind link as soon as my brother's wolf killed the rogue. "Shift and come to the clearing. We have guests" Our Alpha ordered. I quickly shifted and tugged on a shirt that John handed to me; my side screamed in pain as we walked to the clearing.
My pack stood in a half circle beside our Alpha and waited for our guests to show. I placed my hand on my side and hissed as I applied pressure, black spots began to fill my vision, and I clutched onto my brother's arm as some men stepped into the clearing facing us. An intoxicating scent fills the air, and I find myself desperately trying to find who the owner of it was.
And suddenly, I see him.
My eyes were unable to look away from his form. "Clara?" I hear my brother ask quietly. My trance is broken, and I look at my brother who is looking at my side. I look down to see that the whole side of the shirt, saturated with blood. I move my hand, and my knees give out. "CLARA?!" my brother yells while keeping me from falling to the ground. Everyone's attention turns to me, but there is one person who I make eye contact with. My body quickly gives out, and the man growls out "MINE" before all I see is black.

"We mean how did your wounds heal so quickly?" Vincent replied. "Well to get an answer you will have to catch me first." I said running off letting my wolf take over once again, Natalie shifts into my wolf and takes off.
