While on their way back to the house, Natsume and the self-proclaimed bodyguard, Nyanko-sensei meet a youkai who want to express his gratitude to Natsume for his kindness on returning his name. But instead of helping Natsume, the youkai transport him and Nyanko-sensei to another city to help them searching for youkai with their name in his Book of Friends. In the sudden confusion, Natsume and Nyanko-sensei then dropped in the Nura Clan Mansion. 

What will Natsume do after he found out about another youkai world in Rikuo's house? What will Rikuo think when he saw a complete human like Natsume being the master of a hyakki yako? Moreover when both of them knew about each other's circumstances. Another troubling and happy day has just begin on a new page of their life.
