If you think this is what I ever thought I would be doing, you ought to look at the question mark at the end of this title. No one in their right mind would ~ever~ purposefully become a superhero (yeah, you heard that, Eric and Amrita!) Hey, you don't know me, but you think you do. I'm Kim, Kimberly Nguyen. A Vietnamese Canadian girl, trying to graduate grad school and become a therapist. I am also the famed American superhero...Firebird. Talk about a divide, I know. But here's the thing, I really wish I could have had a guide when starting this superhero-ing business. So, I am writing it. Think of this as a little how-to-book . . . but actually don't, because I am pretty sure no one else is going to find themselves in my situation. Think of this as my autobiography, except not because my autobiography would be even saltier. Whatever this thing is, by the time you finish, you will never look at a Marvel movie the same. You will give up all desires of power hunting. Your superhero dreams will crumble in the dust. And you may find that a snarky Asian-Canadian has infiltrated your consciousness. Don't say I didn't warn you!
