The one who was constantly left out – that was my usual role when it came to my siblings and me. And of course, being the youngest, I was constantly vying for attention, jumping through hypothetical hoops to impress the older kids. I had two older siblings – Kirsten, who’s three years older than me, and Justice, who’s a year older than me. We were close, as siblings go. But, even if we were close, there was always sibling rivalry. The final addition to our little group was Tyler Hall, my brother’s best friend, and our next-door neighbour. The four of us were the best of friends, and we all loved the same thing: music. Music is what held us together, what really cemented our friendship. It didn’t matter that Tyler wasn’t really related to us; he was like a brother to Kirsten, Justice, and me.
What about me? My name is Angel Simmons. I’m a small-town, 16-year-old girl who had a passion, and I’m probably just like you. This is my story… And also the story of how one summer can change your life, forever.
I tend to suck at these, but please just take a chance on my story... :P
