Shifters are everywhere. Does she know? No.

Rose is a girl with many mysteries, that she, herself, has not yet discovered. Shadows follow her much more than any human, unnatural.

No mortal has taken much notice to this but the werewolves in her community do. Her first day of senior year a group of new kids come in, over fifty new kids.

But their more than kids.

Rose is the first and last of her kind. These new kids see the shadows playing on her skin and around her feet. Some are frightened while others are intrigued.

These shadows make tattoos, many. Symbols that mean nothing, if not on the right person.

It is her. A seventeen year old girl, Rose.
