Welcome to the book, The Second Chance.
This is about two ghosts, Francyn and Natalie, who misses their home.
So the God gave them a second chance to see their friends. After all they were celebrating their birthday.

(let's just pretend we have the same birthday ._. lolololol)

So..they had only a whole year, to spend time with them.

But, now they bet that they forgot about them.."they probably have moved on" they said.

Well, we just gotta wait..

"THE AFTERLIFE CAN BE A REAL BITCH, RIGHT?" "Henri-" I began, but Henri's hand snatched up mine and squeezed tightly enough to break bones. I bit my tongue to hold back a cry. It was a warning. "Maria didn't say anything about a couple of vampires wanting to meet with her," the green-haired warlock spoke after the area had stilled with electrified silence. I looked Henri's way, and that's really when our situation caught up with me. Wait... "Maria..." I murmured in remembrance, then sent Henri a glare. "Why are we here to see Maria Day? If you don't remember, let me remind you that I killed her friend. Hell, her master. She'll kill me when she sees me." Henri had the nerve to laugh softly. "You're already dead, Antoinette." "Thanks to you. There are other ways witches can hurt vampires, aren't there?" My eyes traveled shortly to the warlocks, Daniel and Zachary, and I shook my head. "She'll burn me alive! I'm not going in there." "You're overacting," Henri said with a dramatic eye roll with a worth of a slap across his face. Lucky for him, I kept my hands at my sides. This night was about to get dangerous... This is Book 3 of The Hunters Saga! 1st draft, so there WILL be mistakes! Ch 1- Ch 6 available on wattpad. The rest of the book (45 chapters) is available for purchase on Amazon, eBook and paperback. The first thing people think when they see Nat walking the streets of The French Quarter in New Orleans is, "so young and pretty, such a shame that she's homeless". Then they don't pay her anymore attention as she plucks their wallets right out of their pockets. That was her life. Stealing just to survive. Unless she got a big job; setting wealthy tourist men up to get robbed and that day she had found the perfect target. It wasn't until she was stabbed and losing consciousness that she learned she was his perfect target. Waking up in a small, grimy room with five strangers around her, she's enlightened that she's been kidnapped by none other than the Mass Grave Killer. It was simple. He kidnapped ten people, held them for two years, and then buried their bodies in a mass grave, and he had been doing it for over six years already, but there was no way that Nana was going to lie down and let him kill her. If she could survive fighting grown men for tent space, she could fight another for her life. Every day of those two years she fights for her life and when time is almost up she finds the strength to kill the man that tortured ten people for two years and finally escapes. She's free, but not without scars. For the next two years, she tries to piece her life back together between the flashbacks, nightmares, and anxiety attacks, and just when she thinks things are looking good, she comes face to face with her nightmares. Tha man she killed has come back from the grave, and the only thing he wants is to start over with her. Having to constantly look over her shoulder, she now has to run for her life and try to catch him before he catches her.
