There was only one word to describe them - Inseparable. Marlene and Leandrea are your twin goals. The perfect siblings who did everything together, did everything for each other and if the time came, they would willingly sacrifice their life for the other. However, the true test of their love begins when Marlene is diagnosed with leukemia - a fatal cancer. On the road to save her sister, Leandrea finds herself doing things she never thought she would do - stepping out of her comfort zone, socializing, hanging out with the popular kids and gradually but most importantly - falling in love. But when she finds out what's really at stake in this mission, will saving Marlene be her top priority? Or will Ryden Andrews - the school's not-so bad, bad boy and a growing deathly cancer be all it takes to separate the inseparable? Will this treacherous bit of life change these twins for the better or scar them for eternity? As soon as they got themselves stuck in this situation, they knew there was no turning back.
