In the late 2030's when time travel has finally been harnessed, Crystal, or 'Chris' for short, has left home after finding old government files in her step-dad's office concerning the original Foundation for Law and Government from 1982 to 2001. On top of the secrets she's already keeping, Crystal has planned to use what she knows to right a wrong she takes personally, and save KITT and KARR from their fates in the past.
Now with the present day changing due to Crystal's choice, there's a new enemy coming out of the woodwork. And it happens to be an old friend. 

If there's any chance of surviving, saving the country, and taking back the future, Crystal, KITT, and KARR will have to work together. But can they move beyond their own individual pasts to do it?

(Note: Based on the characters from the 1982 Knight Rider tv series and the movie Knight Rider 2000)

Also! This will be the first time I've written a Knight Rider fanfic and I'm using it as a de-stresser from stuff that's going on lately, so chances are I'll be writing more often in this than my other stories, and there's going to be a lot of editing and rewriting even /after/ I post chapters -in any chapter. With how easy they lost their minds after losing their erasthasis, it was best they didn't have one. No one wanted a powerful lycan to go wild and wipe out an entire population, just because their soulmate died. It indeed was why they didn't get one too often. In fact, one could stay for a thousand years and not hear of a lycan finding a mate. They usually just fall in love and get married or get married without love. The king was the strongest like I read. If him losing his mate would turn him against the entire population of living creatures, then maybe it is my duty to protect her. Every night along with the three, they are always seeing these weird dreams. Like scary visions of the future, like the two of them and their friends would be there riding giant robots as they fight off a Kaiju attack or when they're all grown up in the future but the dreams would act out as if they were in a movie scene. Were these weird dreams that may have been a real event? Or, this may be their so called memories? Is it really theirs? What will become of Y/n, T/n, and these three other characters along the way? The crew have no choice but to follow them down to the planet where they have to fight not just the cyborgs but also forms of life a billion years more evolved than humans. Creatures that have grown tough and hardy in an attempt to cope with the increasingly harsh conditions that prevail there. As if things weren't bad enough, there is conflict among the ship's crew as they fight to decide which of them will be in charge and how they will meet the challenges facing them, and even if they survive all this they will still have to deal with the discovery of the ultimate fate that awaits all intelligent life in the universe...
