The death note's rule breaks, 7 death notes fall into the mortal world. The king of the shinigamis is angered and sends off his underlings to spy the mortal realm. Seven teenagers get their hands on this killing machine called death note and strike terror. The police is forced to free two mastermind brothers who are under cover to solve this case. Who will win this time? The shinigamis, the death note users, or the twin brothers?
