2005:
Sapphire is a Australian girl who is abused by her parents and twin brothers. She self-harms and is depressed, even though she is only 4 years old.She sneaks onto her dads computer and finds a website called YouTube where she finds videos from these people called Smosh and ShaneDawsonTV. She then feels inspired to make her own videos.
2010:
Sapphire is now 9 years old and has over 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. She has more scars on her arm and has become a part of the Internet. Her parents are still abusive to her and her twins brothers have grown more bitchy since she started being self-harming. One day, the town police were inspecting the street where they heard some noises from her biggest house at the bottom of the street. When they got closer, they realised it was the yelling of a man and woman and a crying child. They entered the house to find Sapphire tied up in a chair, gagged up with her parents hitting her with a whip while her twin brothers were cutting her with knives. The police arrest her family and send Sapphire to London. She gets adopted by these two YouTubers called Dan and Phil. She doesn't know who they are, but finds out that they are her biggest fans.
2016:
It's been 6 years since Sapphire got adopted by Dan and Phil. Her YouTube channel has 2 million subscribers, she has friends and she couldn't be happier. However, troubles are hurtling towards her. The school bully and her gang continue to make her life a misery, she has family/friend drama, falls in love and her biological family escape from jail and are looking for her.
