Ross Lynch and his girlfriend Hannah have the perfect relationship, or so Ross thought. The morning that R5 was scheduled to leave on their US tour, Ross got a text from Hannah - who was supposed to be joining them on tour - that said they were over. Ross was crushed. Ross lets his bad mood control the way he interacts with the people around him, including Line Drive, the opening band that the label asked R5 to invite on tour. But the only way he can do that is to write a song with Sophia, the lead singer, so that her band will finally take her seriously as a song writer. The only problem: Ross has never written a song.
