Faith Webster is an average girl.
Laydan Mathews is an average guy.
They have a past together.
A seemingly wonderful love story about two childhood sweethearts.
Best friends from the start, yet, they drifted away, were no longer close, made new friends, and barely talked. Neither like it, but neither have the strength to reconnect. But when tragedy strikes in the form of Faith's older brother dying. Faith well, loses faith and hope. Was was her main guardian as her parents were barely home.
Her parents always away, she's alone, entering her third year of highschool, her friends are told the news, they attempt to comfort her.
But she's lost everything.
He looks around school for the contagious laugh and cheerful smile, the highlight of his day is seeing her happy with her friends, but all he sees is a grim expression all by herself.
After finding out the truth he makes it his mission to become best friends again, his mission is to Make Her Smile.
