Karana

14 year old Gracie Hawthorne is a regular human girl. Or so everyone thinks... Gracie is actually a Karana, an angel-like being that lives in a place high above the clouds called Sakamota. Karanas collect children that had their house burned down, got lost, etc... Those children call themselves "lost ones", or "collected ones." So, one day, a boy called Michael's house burns down. The leader of the Karanas chooses Gracie to "collect" him and train him to be a "collected one." Michael was a mean and rude boy in his class, and Gracie teaches him to be kinder. One problem is, there is a not so much of a friendsip growing between them. Can Gracie stop this and stay loyal to the Karanas? Or will she not, and face the consequences ? by the way Gracie's Karana name is Swift Moon.
