Briar Brightly is not much of anything. She doesn't have any specific talents, not popular and she's not much of a people person. She would prefer to spend her days doing what she loves... which is training, the only thing she is something of.
Briar's older brother Caden, used to always try and get her into better shape, cause let's be honest... she wasn't always the slim, pretty girl that she is now. Once Caden died though, she wanted to make him proud, so she started training at his old dojo in MMA like he did. She's only been training for a few years, but she likes to think that she would be able to protect herself if need be.
Briar is starting her first year at college and is finally leaving her parents, who haven't been much of parents since Caden died. Moms always working, trying to stay busy and dads always drunk and never home. At college she's hoping to start a new life with no, non-parents.
What happens when she finds out about the beatdown?
