He smirked at her, 'you never really were one to curse. Even now, you still refuse to do so.' as he said this, he creeped closer to Hermione, making her step backwards and into the wall.

He was so close to her, she could feel his hot yet icy breath on her skin.

'I think we both know what I'm gonna do to you right now.'

Hermione, with her gaping mouth and wide eyes, was unresponsive.

'Since you clearly don't know, I'll just tell you.' he brought the wand to her face, 'I don't want you telling anyone of what you saw or did last night with me.'

***

The rules in Hogwarts changed during the beginning of the Golden trio's fifth year. Such as, there can only be one prefect per house. Either a girl or a boy can be voted per house.
Ron and Hermione go head on toe to win that prefects badge, befriending each other.
But what happens when Malfoy gets in the way of everything that Hermione worked so hard for to rebuild her friendships? Or will she just have to make new ones?

BEWARE!
You're about to read a bad ass story right here.
Just know that I don't take hate. Mainly because I don't care.
Bad words, bad content, and bad grammar are exclusive, so if you're not up for it... well bye

This story takes place in the golden trios fifth year and migrates from one character POV to the next.
But don't worry, it's amazing and you're gonna love it.
P.S.
Most of the characters belong to ma gurl J.K. Rowling... But I also make up some names as I write.
Also, the plot is mine.

COMPLETED!!! :)) Hope you enjoy reading my story xx! This hasn't been completely edited, so I apologise for any mistakes. "Out of the way, Granger." Draco Malfoy pushed past her to the ingredients cupboard in the potions room. "Honestly, how rude could you get, Malfoy?" She pushed him back as she reached for the bottle on the top shelf, but, found herself just ever slightly too short. "Need some help?" The blonde haired boy smirked as he looked her up and down - why was he still here anyways, "Seems like you're a little short." The brunette spun around and glared at him, "Yes, I've noticed that, thank you very much." she pulled out her wand, "Accio," the bottle flew down to her, "And no, I won't be needing your help." "Well, you did say that I was acting rude so I was just offering my help." He shot her a half smirk half smile and walked off to his bench. There was something about that smile that was somewhat genuine, it was a playful smile. Not the hateful smirk he used to give her every time they saw each other, even when they were still kids, no. It was different and Hermione hated it. She hated the way if made her want to smile back, the way it made her want to grin inwardly to herself or the way it tinged her cheeks a rosy colour. Merlin, she hated that stupid smile of his, but at the same time, she just couldn't get enough. \\ there will be slight swearing, just FYI ;) \\ DISCLAIMER: all of the characters, places, drinks and spells (and probably other things) except for the ones I've made up, belong to the amazing JK Rowling!

He asked as a smirk formed on his face. This brought Hermione back from admiring-Malfoy mode. It took less than a moment for the quick-wit Granger to show up. "Don't flatter yourself Malfoy. I would rather gaze into an Orb than to look at you." She stated in a matter-of-fact tone. As she was about to turn away, she heard Draco muttering "Filthy mudblood." Instead of walking away from him, as always, she stepped towards him, lifted her heels, brought her lips closed to his ear and whispered, "You wish you knew how filthy I really am.." •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Disclaimer: All characters rightfully belong to the amazing JK Rowling. After the war all the students were called to complete their last year, seventh year, but none knew that this year would turn Hermione's and Draco's life upside down. They both developed a feeling for each other, other than hate. But there's a twist. They are the worst people on planet to really admit their feelings. How will they be together? How will they admit their love to one another? Read to find out!

Breathing out, Hermione took his hand and said, "Valet in lucem." Draco wrinkled his nose, looking up at her confused. "Was that an insult?" Hermione rolled her eyes. "No Draco, it's an old saying in Latin." "Well I don't speak Latin 'Mione." She huffed. "I said, Light Prevails Malfoy, because it always does." Hermione thought he might try to argue with her again, make her red in the face with anger but Draco paused when he opened his mouth. She waited in anticipation. His features seemed to soften a little as he stared at the ground. When his eyes came back up to meet her, she thought she might get lost in his gaze. "Light prevails." Leaning in slowly, Draco kissed her on the lips and Hermionie pulled him in. -x- Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger are far from friends, they're barely even acquaintances and if the two of them had their way, they would not be spending their final year at Hogwarts as Head Boy and Head Girl together. But as fate would have it, or rather McGonagoll, they are the top picks to keep the students at Hogwarts in check and out of harms way. Though the two of them might have something to say about that. Regardless, both Draco and Hermione accept their positions and try to move on from their old rivalry, close old wounds, and try to form some sort of friendship. But sometimes the past can't stay buried and old grudges die hard and despite not having to defeat a Dark Lord, their seventh year at Hogwarts may prove to be the hardest one yet.
