Only to wish for her quick recovery, Taehyung visits her everyday, not even missing a single day without seeing her. But on one particular day, Taehyung was not able to visit her. Until this became constant, it only saddens Irene which triggers her sickness even more.
A month had passed, Irene's condition became worst than before. As she inhaled her last breath, a wish was formed inside of her tiny-illed heart.
