Aurora is the famed princess from "Sleeping Beauty". Her beautiful raven locks and silvery eyes give her a certain charm that not a single soul can help but falling for; she has had every wish she's come up with granted by the Faeries that keep her safe in the woods from the witch that's cursed her--for she must fall asleep upon her 16th birthday, only to be awakened by her true love.

But, there is a catch: the Faeries cannot interfere with Fate, and she must face her trial alone come time for the witch to descend upon Aurora's humble cottage and bring with her the accursed spinning wheel. Aurora can't help but feel that she's been doomed to the most terrible fate of all--a life that cannot be lived save through the realm of dreams. She's never had a dream of her own, and she can't help but wonder if living a life doomed to fail was worth it at all.

Then comes the witch, at midnight on her birthday; inevitably, everything changes. Aurora begins to wonder: perhaps eternal sleep isn't so bad, after all...

Thousands upon thousands of thorns that cover the grounds and yet only cover one tower - why? And what about the dreams? The girl in the rose room? She seems so real, almost familiar, and yet he can only see her when he sleeps within the castle walls. She isn't there and he has not the time for a Sleeping Beauty. He has other things to contend himself with, in reality - in the waking world. His most prized possession is gone. A story book that means the world to him is lost within the forests - or worse, someone has their hands on it. Above all, it must be found, he has no time for a girl in dreams and the curse placed upon her - he writes fairy tales, he does not live them. He must find the book and be away from the strange Rose Castle. But someone has already noted his presence and has taken an interest in him.
