People in the town knew Vance had done drugs. They knew the family he came from. Addiction, they knew what he was going to become. It ran in his family, he was bound to inhabit the geane. One thing most wouldn't know about addiction is that, you can't just stop. Your bound to relapse one day, its like a bomb, its going to go off. Vance knew Bruce had little to know idea he had done drugs in the past. He know Bruce thought it was a rumor or one time thing. He didn't know it was like this thought. Only people close to Vance knew it wasn't a rumor. They had seen him at his peak of addiction. When he would go days without eating. Or when he felt so worthless he cut himself.
