Vale's Beacon Academy, against all odds, is back in working order. The giant Grimm was hauled away and thrown into the "Grimm Lands" and the school was restored with the city and CCT. But some things haven't changed. Ozpin is still missing. Hundreds of Huntsmen and Huntresses are dead and attendance is at an all time low.
However, a team arrives from Shade Academy, of all places, to learn and help with defense. Introducing team KASE, lead by the rather secretive 'Karasu', who is certainly hiding something.

Soon, they learn to a millennia long war between 2 individuals and the secrets and history of the World of Remnant. Plot Summary: RWBY takes place in the World of Remnant, where humans, and half animals known as Faunus, are trained to become strong fighters and warriors known as Hunters and Huntresses in order to fend off menacing creatures known as the Grimm. Remnant is made up of the 4 kingdoms, Vale, Mistral, Atlas and Vacuo, the hunter training academies, Beacon, Haven, Mantle and Shade, a continent where the Faunus originated called Menagerie, various villages in the country and the dark areas where the Grimm are said to appear from. Humans and Faunus all have a force apart of their soul they unlock known as Aura, which protects them like a shield but can discharge depending on the strength used in battle. They also use superpower-like abilities known as Semblance as well as powerful handmade weapons in all shapes and sizes. It's impossible for people to have the exact same Semblance, unless it runs in the family. The story revolves around a team of 4 huntresses in training. Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiou Long.
