No one knew Willy Wonka had a younger sister named Winter. Winter got lost in the city at the age of 4 and Willy was only 11. The bucket family found Winter and they kept her. The bucket family didn't know that people were looking for Winter, Winter had a necklace on her neck with the word 'W' on it. Willy was devastated as he grew up, because he missed Winter so much. Now, Willy is sending out five golden tickets and Winter and Charlie find one. Will these two siblings, Winter and Willy, remember each other?
