MASKED: Rise of the New Generation [Book One ReUploaded]
*REUPLOADED as the published version of the story* In a world full of super-powered individuals, comic books have become real life. Superheroes and villains have epic battles in the streets, aliens dash through the skies, and everyday people have their daily lives hindered due to collateral damage. That's just the norm that everyone has grown used to. It's a new age of young supers rising to the top, and New Elysium City is the epicenter for this new generation. The paths that they take will carefully carve out the fate of their metropolis they call home. Some may choose to be the very face of good and justice, while others may instead take a darker turn. And the rest? Well, they're perhaps just a bit disgruntled and tired. With a new hero team in the making, they all must overcome their own trials in order to work together successfully. Hopefully, they can do it in time to stop the new wave of villains as crime in New Elysium truly never ceases. But will they be able to properly balance their real lives with their secret identities? Or will the weight of the world come crashing down around them?Kumpleto

'Broken Image' ♡ (MXM) ♡
(This is targeted for people 16+) "Same with hurting you. Or marking you.." He slid his arm gently down to his back, closing his hand around a bruise that lay on the hero's waist. The hero flinched at the action, still keeping his lips sealed. "I can be the only one capable of doing it.." "Your fucking crazy..." The hero sighed with a bit of fear hidden in his tone. The man smiled with the description, turning his head in the direction of Oxzy's ear, he spoke with a sweet voice. "I can make you go even crazier than me Ox..." ------- A hero and a villain in the same low-profile town, they battle. One protecting, one destroying. The town tries to break them apart, but instead... They grow closer. The hateful and spiteful relationship can only last for so long. So long until it becomes something that can be remotely called anything like love. Love that ends up revolving around trauma and the hindering of emotions. The hero will run, and the villain will follow. ------- WARNING: - Mature & sexual content on certain chapters, - A r*pe scene;(DO NOT ROMANTICIZE) - Sexual assault, - A toxic relationship & characters, - Real like trauma scenarios, - Death, - Gore, (excessive blood description 😅)Kumpleto

Lightning and Starlight
After a careless scientific accident with new elements, people with supernatural abilities began to surface. Society adjusted, and social norms changed. Heroes and villians surfaced, making the world more complicated. Fast-forward one hundred years. Neera Sanchez fights for her survival as a supervillain. She does what she can to survive, inadvertently making her a target for the heroes. Behind her mask, she struggles in personal battles, alone. When her abusive boyfriend and her own fight against depression overtake her, she's introduced to the world of superheroes. Vincent Ciobanu is a new hero at a local base. He introduces himself to the ex-villain and takes Neera's focus away from the pain and suffering she had been used. Neera grows as she gets used to her new life. Times change and things shift for the worse as Neera's ex, Koen James, comes back into her life stronger as a supervillain, threatening the peace of the world and the freedom Neera discovered. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Neera's eyes closed and her chest rose as she breathed deeply, trying her hardest to focus her power on the heroes nearing her. She opened her eyes, watching intently as the heroes slowly crowded on the rooftop around her. The moon illuminated their serious masked faces and flashy suits, giving Neera the opportunity to figure out what powers they might possess. She kept her eyes halfway closed and studied them. Most of the suits were at least 75% black. One hero stuck out in her blue suit. It had no black on it. Neera was wary of the color of her suit. /How did I end up here?/ One of the heroes had surprised her with a lucky hit almost a minute ago. She had felt the impact and acted on it, diving to the ground. She had a better fighting chance against the six when they were caught off guard. And if one of them had the ability to purify water, it would all go down hill. ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Romance; mental-health awareness; superheroes; abuseKumpleto

Will he be able to prove the world that quirks aren't the only things that matter? turn back time {hotwings} [Dabi x Hawks]
"I'm certain you will become a pro hero someday." Hawks opened his eyes and looked up at me, his soft smile making my heartbeat fasten. "You really think so?" I nodded and tucked one strand of his hair behind his ear. I didn't even think about what I was doing. I wasn't scared to embarrass myself anymore. I wasn't even thinking about anything anymore. Nothing surrounding us mattered. My brother could come running towards us standing in flames and I'd still need to be slapped some sense into before I would react. Hawk's smile grew a bit, but stayed soft. "If I become a pro hero, you'll be one too. Let's... be heroes together. Like a duo or something... Like partners. You have crimson hair and I have crimson wings. It would fit so well." I smiled brighter at him. The thought of growing up and becoming heroes with him made me so happy. - But things can change so fast. Someone can become a completely new person in only a few years. Two childhood "friends" meet after many years again and realize that their feelings for each other haven't faded at all. But can a villain and a hero really be together or are they destined to fall apart?Kumpleto
