Alone on an abandoned ship in space, Eddie is tasked with finding out exactly what happened on board the Explorer ship. Armed with a space suit, his wits and his colleague Scott via intercom, Eddie begins to realise some things are better left abandoned but is he really alone on board this ship?
Approx. 3700 words, this was a (sadly unpublished) short story entry to a few writing competitions including The First Line and a few literary magazines.

Castaway into outerspace, a nameless alien comes across a doomed ship that is overrun with terrifying alien life forms. If only they could convince the crew and passengers to take the threat seriously and escape in time. Their only possible ally is the comms operator, who is going slightly mad after spending months afloat on a floating coffin. Time is running out, the thing in the vents that eats poeple is getting closer. Science Fiction/Horror Trigger/Content Warning: the narrator relates the death of their family, which may be unsettling for some readers. Grotesque violence during certain parts, as well as horror imagry.Complete

Ezra's First
Ezra thought his grades would get him posted to a place in the Navy that reflected his ability, something like First Fleet, the Raiding Nine, or even Home Guard. Humanity's enemy the Preshk where attacking more often and Ezra wanted to be contributing directly to the war effort. Instead he got put on a Scout ship with just one other soul and sent on a five month mission out into deep space. The mission quickly becomes more than the young commander could have ever expected and the fate of humanity lies in how fast he can return back to humanity. This short story is just over 18,000 words and contains sexual content between two men, so If that's not your cup of tea.. don't read :) This is my first attempt at something like this, so feedback is welcome, though be nice :)Complete

The eighth novel in The Shadow Wars. After the events of Ceaseless and Snowblind, Allan Gray, formerly a member of Security-Investigations, now a Specialist in Special Operations, is having some trouble keeping sane. He experiences sudden tremors, inexplicable terrors, and is incapable of removing his suit of power armor, even for something as simple as a shower. He knows something is wrong, but refuses to let anyone else into his life. All he wants is to keep doing his job, keep running missions and bury his head in responsibility so that he doesn't have to put up with his own problems. So when Hawkins comes to him with another dangerous job, he leaps at the opportunity. Allan's new objective seems simple, on the surface: investigate a Rogue Ops ship found adrift in space. Intel is low, no one has any idea what happened to the ship or even what it was doing, but an opportunity to seize crucial data on the enemy is too good to pass up. Allan and a small team of experts are rushed out to the isolated vessel. Upon arrival, the mission goes bad and Allan finds himself trapped on a Rogue Ops ship, facing down an enemy more insidious, more lethal than any he's ever encountered before...Complete
