What the fuck is going on here?? I wondered. The elderly woman walked towards me with a tight grip on the hammer. She smiled, "Sorry dear" she laughed then slammed the hammer down towards me. I threw my legs up. She hit my right one. Hard. I screamed as I felt the blood drip down my leg.
She smirked at me. "Stop trying to fight me." She grumbled. Threw it down at me again but I caught it realizing what she was trying to do. These people are evil, I realized.
I jerked it out of her grip and pulled myself up ignoring the pain. I swung it back then slammed it into her skull with a sickening crunch. She fell to the ground lifeless. My eyes went wide.
The room was silent. The man and girl was both staring at me. The girl's eyes were wide and surprised and the man's eyes were filled with horror. Nobody moved.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE????" He cried out. For a second I felt a twinge of sympathy then I realized that he was going to let me die and it went away.
He ran towards the lifeless frail body on the floor and clung to her, sobbing. The girl got up. "Give me the hammer." She said her eyes still wide. I handed it to her still trying to process what I just did.
She ran at the man and hit him in the head with it. Blood splattered on my shocked face. She kept pounding it on his face repeatedly. "I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU!!!!!!!" She kept screaming covered in blood.
I hopped towards her and stopped her. She looked at me. Her eyes still wide. "What have we done??" I asked her in horror. She stood up. "Murder....." Was the only thing she whispered. We both stood there and stared at each other. Well shit.
