A DC/Marvel crossover. Dick wasn't adopted by Bruce. Instead, he started a group. Connor aka Superboy, Wally West aka Kid Flash,  Peter Parker aka Spider-Man, Danny Phantom and Dannielle Phantom are all a part of this group. But Dick is on the run.
