Being in recovery from an addiction, mental illness. any physical illness or any traumatic event in one's life; is never easy to achieve. Mental illness is everywhere in our society whether those in society who refuse to accept and respect that. And being that the brain is what keeps the rest of the human body functioning properly.

If it weren't for the brain, we wouldn't exist. So therefore, it would make enough sense to take care of the brain like we all should be, regardless of whether we live with a mental illness or not.

So we should go to the library and do our research on Psychology, the brain and mental illness to learn about how to care for the brain as well as learning how to care for those we surround ourselves with who live with mental illness.
