Having spent nearly every cent of the advance his publisher had given him for his up coming book to finalize his divorce Donovan Davenport was nearly broken. As if things could not get any worse he showed up to work only to discover the company he was working for just went belly up. With no book yet to turn over to his publisher and no income coming in Donovan was on the verge of losing it all.
Heartbroken and destitue Donovan was drowing quickly. That is when his luck changed. An old aunt of his recently passed and left him her entire estate. Donovan packed all his things, including his best friend Susan and the two began new chapters in thier lives. As the two friends began restorations on the estate they inadvertently woke up the spirits dwelling in the mansion; including his essentric aunt Lady Davenport.
The unbelieveable crazy and mixed up situations that followed would have surely been enough to cause anybody else to move out. Donovan however saw it as rare oppertunity to turn it all into his next best seller!
