Alrighty folks a little idea poped in my head that may or may not be a bad one so here we go!
Tom's is possed and tries to contain it from taking over his mind which is very difficult if I may add! If it ever does take over he could hurt himself and worst of all his friends. He doesn't talk to anyone about it and locks himself in his room most of the time his mind in war between his real self and this thing possing him. His eyes flash bright hues of pink and posses telekinesis abilities.
Tord is a demon which in this sencerio means he lives off blood any blood but human does give him the most energy so that's what he usually targets. In demon form he has small bat wings and yellow and red pupils with a tail and small horns on his head. He doesn't mind killing innocent people for substance and will ruthlessly kill someone for their blood. But one thing he will never do will hurt his friends with the truth or physically hurting them.
Bassically Tom's a possed distressed mess with a still bad alcoholic addiction.
And Tord's a murderous being from hell this time more literal. Also has very sharp teeth and claws.
