    Avery Garnet Hawthorn, descendant of Slytherin and Peverell, heiress of Hawthorn, and parselmouth, has just received her Hogwarts letter. She was relatively indifferent to its arrival, but she would soon learn that her life was about to change, and this year only marked the start.
    
    This is my very first fanfiction, but I'm still good at storylines and writing (even if I hate it) and this has been swimming in the back of my head for some time. I thought I would write the perfect example of what both worlds (being HP & PJO) consider 'evil': Slytherin, parselmouth & a 'dark' wand for HP, and a very powerful daughter of Hades with a dark aura that radiates death for PJO. 
    
    The fact that she has both worlds against her, with only a few 'dark-sided' people want her help makes this a great coming-of-age and adventure-filled story.
