Samantha Cassidy was like any other normal teenage girl you'd meet: having a group of friends, having one or two crushes, going through highschool, etc. etc.

The only thing is: Samantha has a dark secret that nobody could ever guess. This, in turn, causes major problems. For example, everytime her friends want to come visit her at home she must always decline due to her "parents'" strict rules of 'no visitors aloud.'

Then, something happens on one fateful day during the middle of summer. That's when everything that Samantha has come to known will all come crashing down on her like a wave of lies. At what cost would you sacrifice yourself to hide yourself from the painful truth? Would you really do it, or would you paint it over with beautiful lies?
