Lilica Skyleer is a sweet seventeen year old high school girl. She had a pretty normal and nice life so far. She ends up seeing life in a different way after sharing an unexpected kiss with her brother's friend who had nothing but a life opposite of her.
She lives with her older brother due to their parents being busy with one of their businesses back in home state. Who, by the way, is adorned by all of Lilica's friends who all seem to be from the popular crowd. Although she's been considered popular since elementary school, popularity never fazed Lilica one bit. By a turn of unexpected events, something she's known all her life will change her life soon enough.

***This is a revision and edited version of this story I wrote about 3 years ago. It was my first time ever trying to write realistically and it still is. Due to that I can understand that it may not be that good, so I get it. I am basically kind of winging this plot for this story because I never finished this back in 2014.***

She absolutely hates her mother. She was always the pretty twin. She was a model ever since she was young. Kid Ritz was more of a loner. He never had any true friends. He had one that did awful things to him when he was younger and vulnerable. He loved playing the Cello. He also loves talking to others, not for very long though usually. He's never really had anyone to help him when he struggled in school. No one to cry on or rely on. He's also always loved reading. He just goes to a whole other world whenever he reads. That's the only he can really escape from all the negativity around him. The moon was full and a certain party was over. Two people were sitting by the poolside. The girl's feet were half underwater. -Summer teen romance- Isla Nova Dawson has always been the type of girl to hang out amongst big crowds of people. She prefers the company of a few people where she feels the most confident in. She thrives lost in the crowd, where she can confidently make jokes and laugh heartily at others that may not be that funny. There's no surprise why Isla has become some of the popular type at school- she loves being known by others. Julian Hayes isn't a loner. No- far from it- he has a group of friends he plays baseball with and surf during the summer. He has family that he is known to hang out with. He just tends to stay away from big crowd of people where he doesn't feel comfortable in. Isla and her friends find themself at this opportunity of a lifetime. Finishing off her Junior year of high school, her school offers resources to go on a trip with teenagers like her. Travel for Teens isn't a new concept but it is for the small town of South Carolina. At this opportunity, the group of people jump at the chance to get out and do something new which will no doubt be fun. It was supposed to be fun for Julian as well but after plans abruptly change and thousands of dollars that cannot go to waste, he finds himself alone at the trip. Sure, he can go out and socialize with teenagers especially since they're ones from his school but he finds himself isolated from the group. The teens throw a big party at the house during the end of the trip. The small leads to a boring night at the end. The teens find themself playing little games to occupy time. "I dare you to kiss a guy you don't even know the name of," Isla was asked and soon she found herself kissing Julian. It shocks Julian to a pause, here he was sitting idly to a girl kissing him suddenly. Julian ponders on it, but then finds out that the kiss wasn't meant to be anything. But will the kiss turn out to be nothing if life throws the pair together on many counts? Or will two strangers keep it that way?Complete
