Doppelganger

Doppelgänger is all about a city, if you have a doppelgänger, they look exactly like you but aren't blood related, then the first person born stays alive and the other person dies. A girl, Rebecca, had her mother taken from her but she doesn't know why. Rebecca goes with a friend after her mother is taken, she also disappears. Rebecca finds an agency that wants to take down the government. She goes through a lot of courses to take down the government, with her partner, Cole.
