Artemis
A werewolf runt who just so happens to be the packs laughing stock. Sure she is the best tracker in the whole pack but does anyone care? No, not one bit in fact not even her own family believes in her. She is tormented day in and day out and because of the torture She receives she has become shy and mute and wont let anyone in. Until she met him.

A pure bread vampire prince who's demeanor scares the crap out of everyone. He's stone cold, never cracking a smile. He's feared by everyone and loved by no one. That is until he meets shy and innocent Artemis. No one has ever looked at him without fear before. Until he met her.
What happens when these two meet under unusual terms or the fact that they are going to have to be chosen mates
I am not a professional writer so there may be some mistakes, but i hope you like the story and never be afraid to give me feed back on how to make my writing better.

Soleil just wants to get through her life in this ever changing world. But that's a bit hard when Vampire's rule it; plucked from her town by demons called Vampire's she expects to be a blood slave. **#1 in #Darkmoon** A walk in the forest, that's what I need. A stressful day at school and a walk in the forest will relax me. This is what I do all the time. Every day without fail, I take a hour walk in the forest behind my home after school. This time something happened that I didn't even expect in these woods. At first I heard a low growl and thought it was just a dog and an owner. Then it got louder, sounding like it was getting closer. My head jerked in a direction where a twig snapped, causing my heart to start beating faster then normal. It was a bit dark in the forest, considering it was winter. Then that's when I saw it, the red eyes coming from the bushes. My feet were frozen to the spot, I wanted to run but my feet didn't want to move. I felt a hand go on my shoulder, turning my head, I saw a man, probably in his early twenties. ''Run!'' He whispered but loud enough for it to be a shout. I looked at the eyes and a hand grabbed mine, pulling me off in a different direction. This isn't the best way to meet someone but what happens when they see more of each other? Well this is the story of how I took my fate in my own hands to free myself and to let them be free. My name is Artemis, after the Greek Goddess of the moon. My mom had loved Greek mythology before she and my father had been killed in an accident. After their death I was taken in by the Alpha and his family. When I came of age, his son Blaze and I found out we were mates. I was happy... he seemed to accept me, but something seemed wrong. At our most intimate moment I had called out his name and he pulled away from me, saying how he hated me and not wanting me to speak, of how he was imagining someone else. Heartbroken I left his chambers as he was distractedly looking for something to keep me quiet. Returning to my room I showered scrubbing my skin raw so as to remove any trace of him from me. Meanwhile my wolf kept up a constant assault on how she wished I was someone else. "How could I end up with such a pathetic human!" Finally I had had enough, I began to pray to the Moon Goddess. "Dear Moon Goddess, please accept me into your embrace. Give my wolf to another who will make her happy, and allow her mate to be able to be with her. Give my mate to this person." Still in the shower I felt the sudden urge to go under the full moon to say my plea again, that it might be heard. Cutting off my wolf's tyraid of insults I put up my walls, then I heard my door being banged on. Taking action I left the water running in the shower, not caring that I was naked I jumped out the third story window and ran off towards the lake to once again make my plea.
