This is the start of my second book in the Nefarious series. It's the story of Talcott Henderson and how he became a vampire. I am really look for constructive feedback on the story and would appreciate any comments you may have, thanks.

I really don't know yet, but here I go with what I DO know. Chevonne didn't believe in the supernatural, until her best friend is killed in front of her eyes. Shouldering the blame of that death, she waits in the cemetery to send him to his final rest. Johnathan rises that night and it's only with the help of a stranger that she survives. The Grave Digger
The Grave Digger is the the tale of a young man's rise to infamy, from simple hunter to vicious killer. Set in a grim, high fantasy world, its dark, bloody, and full of tidbits hinting at a much larger world outside the confines of the small mountain village the story is set in. It's my first attempt at writing fantasy, I'm normally more interested in scifi, and I would love to hear what you think about it. Feedback is greatly appreciated. It's a novelette, about 16,000 words. A supplementary piece of short fiction for a more complete series that is currently in the works. The Darkness of Beasts and Men
This is a short story about a young man and an incident he (somewhat) overcomes. This is a werewolf story, yes, but not a cliche-d one I hope, as it includes much more unhappiness and gore and such. There is no swearing, no nasty in-bed stuff, but there is gore. I mean, animal-mauling-blood-everywhere gore. Sorry, but in a werewolf reality, it would be rather dark and disturbing. If you do not like those things, please do not read for your own sake. Other than that, mild humor included. No idea if I'm going to write another story with the same sort of people or not, so I will get back to you later about that. Anyways, have fun and good luck. All characters' names and characteristics and fiction, I did not take them directly off somebody, so in cases of coincidence where you or someone you know looks like a character, my apologies, but I swear I didn't look up people and write their description.
