Mackenzie “Mac” Reynolds is desperate. She's been expelled from her high school for assaulting a teacher and her parents are threatening to cut her off if she doesn't graduate with her class.
 Jared Marx is a 50 yr old werewolf looking for a way to forget his past. He gets a job at a local high school as the new assistant coach for the football team, hoping to have the normal, dull life he'd always craved. What happens when Mac and Jared cross paths the day she comes back to school dressed as her brother, though, only proves that nothing about his life will ever be dull with her around.
